The implementation consolidated Duck Creek Policy alongside Duck Creek Billing, Duck Creek Party, Data Hub, and Message Hub, with .NET components and Azure Logic Apps used for orchestration and batch processing. Configuration leveraged Duck Creek low code capabilities to deliver customized screens, underwriting rules, product specific task queues, custom transactions and statuses, custom referral workflows, and support for multiple payment and commission plans, while creating country layers and three live product lines covering home, landlord, and motor insurance. Integrations were completed end to end, including certification and testing with existing broker applications, a new payment gateway, a data warehouse for reporting and auditing, and the insurer s external rating engine for commercial and personal lines. The project included a custom renewal migration process to move existing policies into the Duck Creek Policy environment, and multiple batch processes were implemented to support Australian regional operations and settlement workflows. Governance and delivery were managed by Xceedance s global team operating across Australia, the United States, and India, with the client s Testing Center for Excellence executing functional, regression, and performance testing. The engagement delivered within defined budgets and schedule, continues under a production support model, and represents a first in Australia for simultaneously implementing three product lines, a new policy system, integrated communications, and completed data migration within a six month window.
