Operational coverage targeted HRS GmbH human resources and talent acquisition functions supporting approximately 1,550 employees in the Professional Services organization. The environment was provisioned on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, using cloud based SaaS tenancy and native module integration within the SuccessFactors family to centralize candidate data and new hire records.
Governance was retained by HRS GmbH with full ownership of ongoing administration, configuration maintenance and process governance, enabling internal HR teams to control workflow updates, role based permissions and onboarding policy changes.
