In 2018 Ibsupport implemented Microsoft 365 as its core cloud Collaboration platform and is using Microsoft 365 on their website. The professional services firm of 53 employees based in Mexico consolidated email and document collaboration into a single Microsoft 365 tenant to support client communications and internal teamwork.
The deployment was provisioned as a cloud subscription with user accounts, mailbox provisioning and site collections configured for project centric work. Deployed capabilities align with standard Microsoft 365 Collaboration functionality, including Exchange Online for email, SharePoint and OneDrive for document management and content publishing, and Microsoft Teams for chat and meetings. Configuration emphasis was placed on mailbox structure and document libraries to support client delivery and internal knowledge sharing workflows.
Operational scope covers Mexico based operations and touches IT administration, client delivery teams and administrative functions. Governance centered on tenant administration, user provisioning, access controls and use of built in security and compliance features within Microsoft 365 to manage accounts and content across the Collaboration environment.
