Operational coverage centered on the recruiting and delivery functions, with assessments deployed for campus recruitment campaigns that screened hundreds of candidates and for lateral hires in specialized technology tracks. The deployment emphasized centralized assessment workflows and consistent candidate experience across hiring channels, aligning assessment outputs with hiring decisions used by engineering managers and talent acquisition teams during India-based hiring and planned Canada expansion.
Governance and process changes focused on replacing offline, take-home assignments with proctored online assessments and built-in dishonesty mitigation measures to reduce fraudulent attempts in campus placements. The rollout prioritized standardization of evaluation criteria, configuration of role-based test libraries in Xobin Online Assessment Platform, and ownership by the talent acquisition team to streamline candidate evaluation while targeting faster time to hire for niche technical roles.
