In 2019, IFFCO Group implemented SAP S/4 HANA as an ERP Financial solution. The engagement ran from July 2019 to October 2019 for core manufacturing, quality, maintenance and project modules, with primary onsite execution in Sharjah and supplemental onsite work in Indonesia.
The implementation covered configuration and functional consulting across SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM/EAM and SAP PS within SAP S/4 HANA. Activities included module-level setup for production planning processes, quality management workflows, plant maintenance and enterprise asset management, and project systems configuration to support project accounting and control.
Testing and operational readiness were emphasized, with system integration testing and system usability testing conducted across SAP PP, QM, PM/EAM and PS modules. The team joined SYNERGY OIL, a subsidiary of IFFCO Group, during SIT to validate cross-entity processes, and prepared master data upload and user testing on FUIRY APPS as part of cutover readiness.
Cut over activities and post go live support were performed at the customer locations, with consultants supporting go live sequencing, master data migration steps, user acceptance testing cycles and immediate stabilization work after go live. Governance activities focused on coordinated module cutover, validation checkpoints during SIT and SUT, and on-site support to transition business functions in manufacturing, quality, maintenance and project delivery to SAP S/4 HANA.

In 2016 IFFCO Group implemented Oracle Enterprise Asset Management to centralize fleet and asset oversight across its United Arab Emirates operations. The Oracle Enterprise Asset Management deployment served as the Enterprise Asset Management backbone for vehicle lifecycle records, maintenance scheduling, procurement touchpoints, and compliance reporting across the organization.
The implementation configured core asset registry and work order capabilities within Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, including preventive maintenance scheduling, maintenance history and inspection report capture, and Oracle EAM process control and reports. Functional workflows were extended to support fleet-specific activities recorded in the system, such as maintenance schedules for vehicles, fuel card processing, and generation of purchase requisitions and local purchase orders.
Operational integration tied Oracle Enterprise Asset Management to the Fleet Management System database and GPS based logistics tracking, enabling location monitoring, MIS reporting, and fuel analysis reporting used by operations. The scope covered management of 420 leased cars and 300 trucks across Dry, Chiller and Refrigerator vehicle types, with coordination flows to service centers and workshops for repair and breakdown handling.
Governance and process changes included a designated data steward role for Suppliers Master data, structured fine and invoice management workflows, systematic renewals of compliance documentation, and finance controls for budgeted maintenance spend. Documented operational outcomes from the rollout included targeted fleet availability levels of 95 percent and above, consistent maintenance scheduling, and maintained legal requirements for vehicle operations.
