TekStream Inspyrus was configured to enforce three scheduled payment runs per month and to support ad hoc payment runs to capture supplier discounts or prevent operational interruptions, while preserving manual cheque processing steps and physical signature workflows where required. Operational integrations centered on posting and payment orchestration with the company ERP environment, and coordination with the Concur expense system for employee expense claim posting. The implementation connected AP processing to procurement teams and vendor-facing reconciliation processes, enabling statement reconciliation, vendor inquiry handling, and monthly uncashed cheque reviews across corporate finance and accounts payable operations. Governance and process design standardized approval routing, follow up procedures for missing approvals, reconciliations of vendor account statements, and an annual filing and backup retention cadence for non‑automated records. TekStream Inspyrus functions were implemented to align AP Automation with IKO Industries accounts payable, procurement interaction, and financial posting workflows.
