The Diennea magnews CRM implementation consolidated campaign orchestration and communications management into a single application, enabling templated email workflows, SMS dispatching, and survey distribution as core functional capabilities. Configuration emphasized lifecycle orchestration and audience segmentation to drive targeted onboarding and post sale engagement, with operational ownership aligned between customer engagement and commercial teams. The project was executed with implementation partner t.bd think by Diennea.
Operational coverage focused on customer-facing communications for Illumia's energy and gas customer base in Italy, processing campaign sends and transactional messages at scale. Governance centralized message templates and campaign scheduling inside magnews CRM to standardize communications and reduce fragmentation across channels. According to the vendor case study the project reported a 55% open rate, a 15% survey click through rate, and approximately 15k SMS per month.
