SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) was configured alongside MM and PP-PI to support work order management, equipment master data, preventive maintenance scheduling and material reservation workflows, with internal ICT consultants paired with the external implementer Accenture for knowledge transfer and configuration alignment.
Architecturally, the project engaged Indika Energy Infrastructure and Network teams to define the SAP runtime architecture and system landscape used for the rollout, and the program established a global design team to govern cross‑unit business process changes. The ERP Coordinator role bridged internal consultants and external consultants, and the implementation included a functional B2B project between PT Petrosea and PT Trakindo executed under the same SAP program governance.
Governance was formalized through a Change Advisory Board and a documented Change Request Procedure to manage configuration and process changes, and the project liaison worked with ICT Compliance to establish Change Request Management procedures for SAP. Operational coverage emphasized logistics and maintenance business functions across the five units, with subject matter expertise provided for MM, PM and PP-PI to standardize maintenance and material processes.
Outcomes recorded by the implementation team include a scheduled go live achieved across the Indika Energy group, establishment of the change request procedure for SAP, execution of the B2B functional project between Petrosea and Trakindo, and coordination with ICT Compliance to institutionalize change request management practices.
