In 2020, Institut Pasteur engaged CODiLOG to provide third party application maintenance and to support the conversion of its SAP estate to SAP S/4 HANA within its ERP Financial environment. The institute had previously installed SAP in 2015 and operates core modules including FI CO PS for finance and accounting management, MM SD for purchasing and sales, plus Supplier Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management, Plant Maintenance and BW BPC for reporting and consolidation.
Since June 2020 CODiLOG has operated corrective and evolutionary maintenance under its PROXIMA© TMA offer, organizing a team of SAP experts across four service centers to deliver coverage from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. plus HNO. The maintained footprint includes SAP S/4 HANA target planning and ongoing run activities, and the support intake and delivery are quantified by ticket volumes reported during the engagement, specifically 330 level 1 tickets, 78 anomaly tickets and 32 development tickets which include project work.
CODiLOG provisioned proprietary tooling as part of the support engagement, notably an FEC Accounting Entry Files solution and Opti Use for license pool auditing and compliance recommendations, which operate alongside SAP functional support for finance, procurement, sales and plant maintenance processes. The S/4 HANA workstream explicitly covers preventive and preparatory actions for migration as well as the conversion project to SAP S/4 HANA, aligning technical preparatory tasks with finance and change management considerations.
Governance changes included outsourcing run activities to ensure continuity of support and to refocus Pasteur Institute internal IT teams on project work, with technical functional consultants embedded to maintain close exchanges with business representatives. The institute reported continuity of support, consultant proximity to business needs and internal team relief from run tasks as primary benefits of the engagement, while CODiLOG continues to support the Institut Pasteur conversion to SAP S/4 HANA in the ERP Financial domain.

In 2024, Institut Pasteur adopted Edflex to modernize learning for research and support staff. The deployment focused on Learning and Development use cases, aiming to centralize curated content and enable blended learning across scientific and administrative functions.
Edflex was configured as a content aggregation and learner experience layer, providing curated learning pathways, microlearning modules, and topical content catalogs aligned to scientific and technical competencies. The implementation emphasized content curation, personalized recommendations, and catalog tagging to keep pace with rapidly evolving subject matter.
The solution was integrated with Institut Pasteur's Talentsoft LMS to simplify access and to enable a single entry point for assigned curricula and informal learning resources. Integration work concentrated on learner provisioning and catalog linking between Edflex and Talentsoft, supporting organization wide availability for research and support staff.
Rollout governance included curated content workflows and staged user onboarding, which produced strong employee adoption and positive feedback on content relevance, particularly for rapidly evolving scientific and technical topics. The initiative positioned Edflex as the central Learning and Development layer for ongoing blended learning initiatives.
