Configuration work emphasized ERP Financial capabilities common to the category, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting workflows, and installation and upgrade projects were managed by the Basis team.
Operational coverage was centered on SAP Basis administration activities, including authorizations and user management, backup and restore procedures, performance monitoring, archiving, patch installations and transport management systems. Client copies and system copies were part of the change and refresh lifecycle, and the Basis administrator supported new module implementations to extend the ERP Financial footprint.
Governance and operational discipline relied on transport landscape control, scheduled patching and archival policies, and Solution Manager based monitoring and change control to structure rollouts and ongoing support. These controls established system administration, change governance and operational runbook practices for SAP ERP ECC 6.0 at Grupo Flexi.
