The rollout focused on receipt intake from field engineers and operational managers, creating a single application touchpoint for capturing and validating transactional receipts.
The Abukai Invoices deployment emphasized receipt capture, review and sign off workflows, and transaction adjustment controls. Teams reviewed and signed off on receipts of transactions from engineers in Abukai and Works, and the implementation included configuration to support manual adjustments to engineer receipt transactions within Corrigo.
Operational support and governance were operationalized through direct assistance channels, with engineers and operational managers receiving help by phone or email to resolve capture and validation exceptions. Integration points with Corrigo were used to reconcile and adjust transactions, and the solution placed primary operational responsibility with field engineering and facilities management functions to maintain accurate invoice records.

The implementation covered core absence modules including case management for leave claims, leave intake and eligibility determination, calculation of accurate pay for leave periods, execution of employee data changes in Workday, documentation retention, and return-to-work tracking. Configuration emphasized automated case workflows and role-based tasking to support case triage, leave openings, and ongoing employee contact while maintaining compliance with federal and state leave rules.
Operational integrations and coverage were scoped to the United States and the Employee Relations, Benefits, HR Service Delivery, Payroll, and Business Partner functions. The program coordinated with JLL's vendor on administrative aspects of leave claims and partnered directly with Payroll for escalations and pay calculations, while Benefits and HR Service Delivery maintained close operational alignment in ongoing case handling.
Governance centered on a dedicated Employee Relations Leaves Specialist acting as subject matter expert under ER leadership, providing consultation and coaching to managers, HR Advisors and Business Partners. The rollout formalized case escalation paths to Senior Specialist and ER Manager levels, embedded interactive process workflows for accommodations, required maintenance of supporting documentation within Workday, and included development and delivery of training to ensure consistent execution of JLL leave policies.

In 2016 JLL deployed IBM Maximo for Enterprise Asset Management to support facilities maintenance operations at its Lansing, Michigan site. The implementation was oriented around maintenance technician workflows, with on site staff using IBM Maximo to print and close work orders and to create and update assets, job plans, and preventive maintenance records.
Configuration and operational modules emphasized preventive maintenance and work order management. The implementation consolidated preventive maintenance into route based PMs and included design of map based asset location tools to help technicians find equipment on site. The resume documents a consolidation from 740 individual PMs into 18 route PMs, a change implemented within IBM Maximo that shortened task completion time by 30 percent.
Governance and process changes accompanied the application usage, with technicians participating in training for computer skills, rigging, welding, and hydraulics to align skills with the new Enterprise Asset Management workflows. Job plans and route PMs were used to standardize maintenance procedures and schedule execution, shifting day to day coordination toward route driven preventive maintenance and formalized work order closure practices.
Operationally the IBM Maximo deployment impacted facilities management and maintenance operations at the Lansing site, supporting grounds and facilities uptime objectives and enabling technicians to maintain asset records and PM schedules directly in the system. Outcomes recorded in the source include improved workflow efficiency and productivity, and a stated reduction in time required for PM execution by 30 percent.
