In 2015, JustCo implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an ERP Financial application. The deployment was scoped to support the company financial operations in Singapore and ASEAN, consolidating monthly close activities across twelve active companies and centralizing core finance functions.

Automation efforts targeted journal entry generation, month end close sequences, and the recognition of new revenue and expense streams flowing from front-end systems into Microsoft Dynamics NAV, while supporting an internal billing process improvement initiative.
Integrations connected front-end billing and transaction capture systems to the back-end Microsoft Dynamics NAV instance to automate accounting entries for revenue and expense recognition. Operational coverage extended to outsourced accounting firms across ASEAN, liaison with external auditors and tax agents, and centralized monthly close for twelve entities, with the software team collaborating to build automation and deliver Microsoft Dynamics NAV training to both in-house staff and outsource partners.
Governance changes focused on strengthening internal controls, updating accounting policies, and introducing system controls to safeguard company assets. Process transformation included standardizing month end close procedures, internal billing workflows, and training programs, with internal documentation noting improved internal billing and consistent monthly closes across the group.
