Integrations were explicit, the project integrated SAP Time and Attendance Management for WorkForce Software for timekeeping and workforce hours, and included interfaces with SAP HCM and ABAP for core HR records and custom extensions. Technical work addressed data synchronization between Employee Central and on premise SAP HCM, and ABAP based integration points to preserve payroll and HR master data continuity. Governance and operational ownership were structured across HR and IT, with HR owning learning, goals and performance processes and IT managing the SAP HCM and ABAP integration layer. The rollout emphasized consolidated HR process definitions and joint governance to maintain data mappings and permission models within the Collaboration scoped SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone environment.
