A technical interface between CMiC and SAP Concur Expense remains under development, and Keeley has instituted a Concur blackout until that CMiC to Concur integration is fully operational. The integration is expected to be ready by the end of the month, and employees are explicitly instructed not to code or submit any expenses in Concur until the Accounting Team issues a green light.
Governance places the Accounting Team as the single point of contact for go live validation and issue triage, responsible for verifying field mappings from CMiC to SAP Concur Expense before resuming submissions. The staged approach enforces data consistency between CMiC and SAP Concur Expense and establishes a catch up reporting workflow to reconcile expenses accumulated during the blackout period.
