The deployment centralized administrative control for an Australia based provider with 129 employees and supported core business functions across administration, educator teams and family engagement workflows. The implementation configured standard Childcare Management modules including enrolment and family records, digital attendance capture, billing and invoicing, educator scheduling and timesheet capture, and learning documentation workflows. TSG QikKids was configured with role based access for center directors, administrative staff and educators, and templates for compliance reporting and regular regulatory extracts. Operational integration was established with Keiki Early Learning systems including CRM, Time Target, Storypark, KindyNow, Jam and Facebook to support interconnected workflows. These integrations were used to synchronize family and enrolment records with the CRM, forward attendance and time data to Time Target for payroll and rostering reconciliation, and exchange learning stories and parent communications with Storypark and KindyNow while enabling external communications through Jam and Facebook. Governance focused on center level data ownership and operational role definitions, with training delivered to administrative staff and educators and phased cutover to ensure data integrity during integration testing.
