Scope and Challenges
The leadership of the company was determined to enable Kesko’s growth strategy through improved performance management and pay for performance models. They also wanted to move the existing, as well as the new planned implementation of enterprise applications to cloud.
Outcome and Implications
The Finish retailer partner with Tieto Oyj as the implementation partner. As for the solution they choose to go with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
To ensure effective adoption of the solution, the change management approach concentrated on training and communicating the processes instead of highlighting only the new tool that supports it.
