The programme was managed by internal HR and finance executive teams together with Workday as the supplier and external integrators to coordinate delivery. Workday Financial Management was integrated operationally with the concurrent Workday HCM rollout to align payroll accounting and workforce cost allocations, and to synchronize master data flows between HR and finance domains. Governance and rollout were driven through a programme management structure that defined priority forums, resource management processes and delivery channel coordination. Delivery transformation activities provided structure for the strategic portfolio, with programme managers accountable for requirements, timescales and cost control and for embedding finance process ownership across corporate finance functions.

Governance and operational support were staffed by an HR Services Coordinator from April 2018 to March 2019 who provided global support and guidance to HR Service Partners, maintained security profiles, performed weekly audits, resolved employee self service issues, and maintained user guides to sustain ongoing operational control of the Applicant Tracking System,Onboarding environment.
