Governance followed a two phase rollout, with a documented go-live milestone on 9 November 2014 for the first phase that encompassed finance, human resources and supply chain capabilities. Operational scope included HR and payroll administration for clinical and nonclinical business functions, and the program was structured to extend additional ERP capabilities in subsequent phases.
