The implementation aligned Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne configuration to core ERP Financial workflows, focusing on inventory management, order to cash and procure to pay flows, financial close and analytics capabilities. Configuration emphasized reducing custom modifications in favor of standardized E1 functionality, implementing automation and audit controls to shorten transaction processing time and support timelier financial closes. The outcome is a state of the art system with fewer custom modifications, improved ability to serve customers and suppliers, and better service to employees.
