In 2019, KKR implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its core ERP platform for finance, categorized under ERP Financial. The implementation established SAP S/4 HANA as the firmwide transactional backbone within KKR's corporate applications portfolio covering 18+ countries.
The SAP S/4 HANA deployment encompassed core finance functionality including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax processing, and cash management, serving as the source of transactional finance data and operational reporting. SAP S/4 HANA was deployed alongside SAP ECC, BW, and BPC components, with extensions and analytics provided through SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud for Analytics to support data orchestration and advanced reporting.
Integrations explicitly included Concur Invoice and T&E for spend and travel workflows, Workday for HR master data alignment, gTreasury for cash and liquidity management, and OneStream for enterprise performance management and financial consolidation. Identity and access governance was implemented via SAP Identity Access Governance IAG to centralize role based access controls across finance and adjacent systems.
Operational coverage centered on finance, treasury, EPM, analytics, and HR adjacent processes across the global 18+ country footprint, with KKR leading global corporate application strategy and finance ERP operations. Governance consolidated application ownership, security and access policies, and the orchestration of upstream and downstream finance workflows to align transactional processing in SAP S/4 HANA with consolidated reporting in OneStream and analytics in SAP Cloud for Analytics.

In 2011, KKR deployed an In-House ATS as its Applicant Tracking System on its website. The In-House ATS centralizes candidate application intake and career site posting, and provides common Applicant Tracking System capabilities such as requisition management, candidate profile storage, workflow routing, and interview scheduling aligned to recruiting and talent acquisition workflows.
Operational ownership for the In-House ATS resides with KKR's talent acquisition and corporate IT teams, with configuration and governance managed internally to control job posting approvals, access roles, and audit trails. The system is surfaced through KKR's public careers pages and integrated with internal HR workflows to route applicants into recruiting processes and support hiring managers and recruiters across the firm.

| Onit | Legacy | OnitX ELM | Legal Practice Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, KKR implemented OnitX ELM. OnitX ELM is deployed as a Legal Practice Management application to manage corporate matter intake, matter management, contract and document workflows, and legal billing orchestration for the firm.
The OnitX ELM deployment emphasized standard Legal Practice Management capabilities, including matter lifecycle configuration, document and template management, workflow automation for approvals and e-billing, and configurable reporting for matter financials and legal spend. Configuration work focused on aligning matter intake and approval routing with existing deal team processes and embedding automated workflows to reduce manual handoffs between legal, accounting, and treasury functions.
Integrations were executed with named financial systems, specifically SAP for accounting records, Concur for T&E flows, and Gtreasury for cash and treasury operations, enabling legal invoicing and expense data to flow to general ledger and cash management processes. Operational coverage extended across corporate legal, middle-office accounting, treasury, and deal teams, supporting month-end close activities, vendor payments, customer invoicing coordination, bank reconciliations, and cash-flow reporting.
Governance and process changes instituted clear handoffs between legal and finance, standardized e-billing and invoice approval workflows, and provided audit-ready records to assist external auditors in annual and 401k audits. The implementation supported responsibilities already in place to implement efficiencies across middle-office operations and accounting areas, and it was positioned to streamline coordination between deal teams and central finance without referencing prior system names.
