A Dynamics 365 Platform Owner role was established to manage the Power Platform estate, using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI to create custom views, automate workflows and support ETL and API-based data exchanges to maintain coherent data environments. Governance was organized through Group IT with the Platform Owner coordinating application owners and delivery teams, defining workflow modification patterns, and owning process automation and data migration activities. Change control and application lifecycle activities were centralized through that operating model, with the Platform Owner expected to govern customizations, integrations and ongoing configuration management for the Kompan UK finance and distribution functions.
