In 2021, Kompan UK deployed eloomi LMS to digitize global compliance and onboarding training, using eloomi LMS as a centralized Learning and Development platform. The rollout targeted multiple countries and supported content localization into 10 languages.
Implementation focused on compliance and onboarding workflows, with course structure organized into Business Ethics policy tracks and multilingual course bundles. eloomi’s blended learning features were used to combine self-paced e-learning with instructor-led elements, and the platform’s reporting and tracking capabilities were configured to monitor completion across learner populations. Assignment rules and automated reminders were applied to drive uptake and ensure course completion across regions.
The deployment covered HR and compliance functions and reached more than 1,100 employees, achieving 100% completion of the Business Ethics policy for the target population. Governance was centralized through HR-managed enrollment and compliance reporting, enabling regional administrators to track progress and manage localized content. The program established standardized policy distribution and completion verification across sites, leveraging eloomi LMS reporting to demonstrate compliance coverage.
