Governance was established through an Optymyze Sales Operations as a Service delivery model, embedding professional services driven process redesign and continuous improvement cadences for plan updates and performance reporting. Reported outcomes included greater agility and maximized efficiency in global sales operations, better sales force motivation, decreased time to calculate and report on sales performance, increased quota attainment, and improved flexibility of compensation management systems.
