Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, KPMG US implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP, deploying a solution from the ERP Financial category to consolidate and standardize core finance functions across its United States operations. The implementation positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP as the primary finance system for accounting and billing workflows within the professional services organization. The deployment focused on core ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, billing and revenue recognition, and multi-entity financial close capabilities. Configuration emphasized centralized chart of accounts and accounting period controls to support consistent financial reporting across business units. Avature Legacy Avature CRM Candidate Relationship Management HCM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013 KPMG US implemented Avature CRM for Candidate Relationship Management as part of a coordinated global recruitment technology program. The implementation was driven from a Global ATS program office and aligned with remaining deployments to over 150 member firms around the globe, positioning Avature CRM alongside core ATS and recruitment marketing stacks. Avature CRM was configured to provide Candidate Relationship Management capabilities, including candidate pipelines, recruitment marketing orchestration, configurable CRM workflows, and candidate profile management. Configuration work was performed by the internal Technology SME for Recruitment Technologies in close collaboration with the Head of Global Recruitment Technologies to align CRM workflows with ATS processes. The Avature CRM deployment was integrated into a larger ecosystem, including the global core ATS Kenexa 2XB, integrations with 2XA, Kenexa Assessments and other assessment providers, the enterprise HR system, and recruiting and recruitment marketing technologies such as Jobs2Web, Broadbean, and Intraworlds. Global User Provisioning and a Single Sign solution were implemented for Kenexa and extended for use with other Global People Technology cloud based solutions, enabling centralized identity and access management across recruitment systems. Governance included setup and management of a support structure, change control processes, and SaaS upgrade management, with the program manager responsible for ongoing operations and technology stewardship. The program also established advisory governance through the Global ATS Advisory Council and maintained permanent SME oversight to coordinate integrations, support, and rollout activities.
