| Infor | Legacy | Infor Lawson | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2007 | 2008 |
In 2007 Kroll deployed Infor Lawson as its ERP Financial system to centralize corporate financial operations within the Corporate Financial Systems department. The Infor Lawson implementation was positioned to support core financial functions including general ledger, accounts payable, procurement, invoice and requisition workflows.
The program included an upgrade from Lawson 9.0.1 to Infor 10.0 and configuration work across financial modules to support the monthly close of the general ledger and all sub-systems. Configuration included setup and maintenance of process flows for invoice and requisition approvals and management of Lawson security for onboarding and exiting employees.
Operational integrations were explicitly managed, including interfaces to AP scanner hardware across all worldwide locations and a weekly travel and entertainment interface processing data for roughly 2000 employees. The implementation provided system support for integration of corporate acquisitions, ensuring acquired entities could be onboarded into Infor Lawson transaction and security models.
Governance activities centered on centralized security administration, approval workflow orchestration, and ongoing knowledge transfer. Ongoing training classes in Lawson were conducted covering accounts payable, financials and procurement to support operational adoption and sustainment of the Infor Lawson ERP Financial environment.

| Quadient | Legacy | Quadient Neopost IS-6000 | Mailing System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, Kroll implemented Quadient Neopost IS-6000 as an automated outgoing mail solution under the Mailing System category for an office that processes over 100,000 pieces of mail annually. The deployment centered on instrumenting the Quadient Neopost IS-6000 to support automated mailstream workflows and to feed transactional mailing data into a centralized data warehouse for reporting and operational control.
Configuration work included connecting the mailing device workflows to a SQL Server 2008 database, and implementing SSRS based reporting and business intelligence views. The program included a data extraction pipeline that leverages a third-party OCR AI to read and scan documents, extract fields, and persist structured records in SQL Server, enabling rule-based downstream processing and BI consumption.
Integrations were explicit and technical, Neopost, Inc. collaborated on the data warehouse architecture using SQL Server and SSRS, and Slalom Consulting was engaged to convert the in-house database to a new generation system, delivering BI design, business rules definition, and SSIS development for ETL. The integration footprint therefore included the Quadient Neopost IS-6000 device, SQL Server 2008 storage, SSRS reporting services, SSIS ETL pipelines, and a third-party OCR AI data extraction component.
Governance and operational changes focused on formalizing ETL and BI rules for mailing operations, aligning scanned document capture to structured data feeds, and operationalizing reporting for outgoing mail processing. The implementation emphasized automation of outgoing mail tasks via the Mailing System and the creation of an enterprise data flow from capture through reporting to support ongoing mail operations.
