In 2010, Mantra Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize core financial management. The Microsoft Dynamics GP deployment targeted Corporate Finance and Operational Finance functions across the business, aligning financial ledgers and reporting with the companys post-acquisition integration activities.
The implementation focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and financial reporting configuration within Microsoft Dynamics GP. Project work included detailed data mapping and financial data migration activities involving Sun finance, Great Plains and Calumo, with business requirements collected to define transformation and reconciliation rules for data transfer.
Integrations and operational coverage were organized around hospitality business systems managed by the finance and information services teams, with implementation artifacts referencing Sales, Brand and Marketing systems, LEAH, AccorPlus, Accor Vacation Club and Accor Digital as upstream and downstream touchpoints. Requirements and documentation were produced using Confluence and Gliffy, and migration mappings were framed to support Calumo reporting workflows and other finance reporting consumers.
Governance and rollout used iterative agile delivery, with user stories tracked in JIRA, two week iterations, fit gap and impact analysis, and stakeholder workshops to elicit functional, technical and nonfunctional requirements. The program included risk and issue tracking in Clarizen, creation of project dashboards and status reporting to corporate stakeholders, and a planned training and communication strategy to transition business users onto Microsoft Dynamics GP.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Mantra Group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its Core HR platform to standardize HR and payroll processes across a multi-country hotel and resort portfolio. The implementation targeted a workforce of approximately 5,500 employees across four countries, and was scoped to unify employee data and lifecycle management on a single, scalable Core HR platform while supporting a centrally administered payroll model on the Gold Coast.
The deployment focused on Employee Central core HR capabilities and SuccessFactors recruiting workflows to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from external candidate attraction through onboarding and internal mobility. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was configured to provide a modern user experience with intuitive self-service for diverse employee segments, and to segregate payroll-related data and duties through the lifecycle of hire to termination, enabling consistent HR processes and standardized configuration across sites.
Integration work explicitly included alignment with Ascender delivered payroll technology, leveraging Ascender’s prior Preceda payroll deployment to retain a central payroll operation while synchronizing employee master data and recruitment outputs into payroll processing. Ascender acted as the certified SAP SuccessFactors partner and provided a dedicated consultant during implementation and onboarding, ensuring technical and process integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and the existing payroll landscape.
Governance and rollout emphasized process standardization and user adoption, with a six month operational ramp delivering measurable adoption outcomes. Mantra Group built an external candidate database exceeding 30,000 profiles, received 34,000 applications in the period with 23 percent coming directly through the company, captured over 1,000 internal applications and hired over 1,400 new team members. Administrative efficiency improvements were reported, with new employee setup time on payroll reduced from approximately 20 minutes to less than five, and increased employee engagement and internal movement as a result of the Core HR deployment.

| SiteMinder | Legacy | SiteMinder | Hospitality ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Mantra Group selected SiteMinder to power the online distribution of its entire Asia Pacific portfolio. SiteMinder was implemented to integrate Mantra Group's central reservation system SIHOT with more than 250 distribution channels to power the Group's MAX Distribution Hub.
The deployment positioned SiteMinder as the group-level Hospitality ERP distribution layer, delivering channel management, cloud distribution orchestration and automated inventory and rate distribution across property classes. Configuration emphasized scalable cloud connectivity and multi-property rate and availability rules to support the companys mix of serviced apartments, resorts and city hotels.
Integrations centered on a direct technical link between SiteMinder and the SIHOT CRS, with downstream exposure to over 250 channels including OTAs, wholesalers, metasearch sites and GDS partnerships. The rollout covered Mantra Group properties across Australia, New Zealand and South East-Asia, collectively more than 116 properties, in excess of 11,000 rooms and approximately 2.3 million room nights annually.
Selection followed a formal tender process that prioritized scalable technology and seamless CRS integration, according to Luke Moran, group director of revenue and distribution. SiteMinder's regional presence and distribution reach were cited as decisive, and the vendor and Mantra Group framed expected outcomes as expanded market access and the ability to reduce guest acquisition cost while increasing online revenue and profits.
