Integrations focused on connecting financial management to core business functions, orchestrating project cost control, procurement flows and sales processes across TECNALIA’s research and project management teams. The deployment was built as a cloud-first architecture, centralizing transactional systems and analytics to provide a multidimensional operational view and to simplify cross-departmental data flows across the organization in Spain. Governance and operational changes emphasized simplified workflows and increased autonomy for business users, shifting routine parametrization and basic adaptations to local teams. Ibermática provided continuity from previous migrations and supported change management activities to streamline approval paths and reporting ownership, aligning finance, project managers and operational staff on common processes. The organization-reported outcomes from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation include greater operational efficiency, improved flexibility and user autonomy, enhanced automation of administrative tasks and improved capacity for predictive insight and faster, better-founded decision making. TECNALIA also cited time and cost savings as a result of reduced administrative burden and a more integrated ERP Financial architecture.
