| Klarna | Legacy | Klarna Payments | Payment Processing | ERP | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022 Luxury Escapes implemented Klarna Payments on its website to support Payment Processing for online bookings and checkout. The implementation is anchored on the public e-commerce checkout of the Australian leisure and hospitality company, and it positions Klarna Payments as the consumer-facing payment layer that presents pay later and installment options alongside card and alternative payment methods during booking flows.
Klarna Payments was configured to operate within the booking checkout and payment orchestration layer, leveraging standard Payment Processing capabilities such as checkout financing options, tokenized card handling, and integrated fraud screening and authorization flows. The deployment touches e-commerce, finance and customer support functions, and integrates with the site checkout and the company order management and back office reconciliation processes to capture payment authorizations, settlements and dispute workflows. Governance and operational control remain with the central e-commerce and payments teams, who manage payment acceptance rules, reconciliation cadence and customer-facing payment messaging for Klarna Payments.

| Vervoe | Legacy | Vervoe AI Assessment | Talent Assessment | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Luxury Escapes implemented Vervoe AI Assessment as its Talent Assessment solution to screen customer-facing roles. The Melbourne headquartered travel and hospitality company with about 250 employees targeted phone-based travel consultant and customer service recruitment to address high volumes of resumes, low interview attendance and uneven candidate preparation.
Luxury Escapes configured the Vervoe AI Assessment online platform to include role specific scenarios, a welcome clip from hiring managers and contextualized questions that reflect day to day job tasks. Predictive grading was used to surface candidates whose skills aligned with the role, allowing Talent Acquisition to review a broader pool of applicants and prioritize interviews based on demonstrated capability. Vervoe AI Assessment also provided candidates with insight into the organisation and job challenges before any live contact.
The Vervoe AI Assessment platform was embedded as the first stage in Luxury Escapes recruitment workflow and used by Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to gate interviews. The hosted Talent Assessment application centralized skills validation and standardized screening for customer service and sales support functions based at the Melbourne headquarters. Operational coverage focused on recruiting for customer facing roles where technology skills and business fit are critical.
Governance and process changes included a firm policy that hiring managers only meet candidates who have completed the online skills assessment, and a shift of Talent Acquisition effort from phone screening and resume triage to assessment review and interview quality. Assessments were customized per role, producing a consistent, equitable evaluation that allowed candidates from diverse backgrounds to demonstrate capability. This structured approach created a repeatable screening workflow used by hiring managers as the primary skills validation step.
Since implementing Vervoe AI Assessment Luxury Escapes reports expanded candidate pools, higher candidate engagement and improved interview show rates, along with notable improvements in team diversity. The company cites increased customer satisfaction, reduced attrition and enhanced employee engagement as outcomes linked to the new assessment led hiring approach. Candidates provided positive feedback about the experience and hiring managers rely on completed online skills assessments to validate candidate readiness.

| LiveChat, Inc. | Legacy | LiveChat | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Luxury Escapes implemented LiveChat by embedding the LiveChat application on its public website to enable real time customer engagement during online booking journeys. The deployment is positioned in the Chatbots and Conversational AI category and targets conversational touchpoints for pre sale inquiries, booking assistance, and post sale support.
Configuration centered on the customer facing chat widget and the agent console, with implementations of canned responses, chat routing rules, proactive messaging, and session transcript capture to support live agents. Automation capabilities aligned to Chatbots and Conversational AI workflows were configured to surface FAQs and to escalate to human agents for complex inquiries.
Integration is implemented as a website embed and the LiveChat management interface, routing interactions directly to Luxury Escapes customer service and reservations teams. Operational coverage is focused on the web channel, with agents using the LiveChat console to triage inquiries, escalate cases, and retain conversation records for follow up.
Governance included standardized chat routing policies and templated response libraries to ensure consistent handling across support teams, and rollout consisted of embedding the LiveChat widget across public site pages and onboarding agents on the LiveChat console. Ongoing administration and content updates for the LiveChat deployment are managed internally by Luxury Escapes support management.
