Sage Business Cloud X3 was configured to support procure to pay and order to cash workflows, with explicit customization of parameters, screens, objects, transaction windows, menus, dashboards, workflows and queries. The engagement included Crystal Reports development to create and maintain Sage EM forms such as purchase orders, sales orders and invoices, development of import templates and jobs to support an ongoing data migration project, and use of the Sage EM script editor to create and modify files.
The program required documenting functional and system specifications for integrations and customizations, and working directly with functional subject matter experts to translate business needs into technical solutions. Operational coverage focused on finance, purchasing, sales and merchandising teams, and the implementation assigned a functional Systems Analyst responsibility for specification, configuration and testing of the Sage X3 ERP environment.
