The combined SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba footprint targeted the intersection of purchasing and finance business functions to streamline procurement orchestration and financial posting flows.
Program governance relied on Agile project management practices, using Scrum, JIRA and Dimensions for backlog and delivery tracking. The Process Owner role was responsible for process design, process description, stakeholder communication and change management activities, with Solution Manager serving as the application lifecycle management hub.
