Maybank configured role based access for operations teams to manage shipping rules and courier selection policies, and instituted monitoring of delivery status to surface transparency to merchant dashboards. Outcomes reported from the case study included expanded city coverage and improved delivery transparency, enabled by the courier aggregation and shipping rule usage within the Delyva Multi-Courier Delivery Platform.
