The implementation delivered BPC 10.0 and upgraded BusinessObjects and BODS from 3.1 to 4.2, and included end to end planning, sizing, and configuration for NAKISA. Technical operations encompassed SAP Enhancement Pack upgrades, support pack stack upgrades, kernel upgrades, and support package implementation for both the ABAP and JAVA stacks, plus the application of annual HR support packages. Operational scope covered data center and hardware migrations on AIX with Oracle and DB2 databases, DB2 upgrades from 9.7 to 10.1 and 10.5 including fix pack updates, and point in time recovery and restore procedures for data corruption events. Disaster recovery testing was planned and executed across the entire landscape, while online and offline table reorganizations and DB2 compression on tables and indexes were enabled to manage database performance and capacity.
