In 2024, Maximator implemented IFS Cloud ERP. Following a June 2024 selection and kickoff supported by Trovarit AG, Maximator reached production go live in six months, meeting an accelerated timeline driven by a standardized approach and partner collaboration.
The implementation deployed core functional modules across sales, purchasing, warehousing, production, service, accounting and human resources, and adhered to a Processes follow System configuration strategy that avoided individual customizations. FLEXiCODE provided IFS Cloud Extensions including a predefined document package and a role concept tailored for the DACH market, which accelerated configuration and reduced bespoke development work.
Operational coverage included company wide business functions from order processing to accounting and service management, with structured project governance and project management support from Trovarit AG and implementation delivery by FLEXiCODE. The architecture leveraged IFS Cloud evergreen model and industry specific module capabilities, positioning IFS Cloud ERP as the ERP Financial solution for Maximator while enabling continuous updates without disruptive upgrades.
Outcomes reported in the implementation narrative include a record time go live, strong user adoption driven by hands on training and structured change management, and vendor and partner alignment that the system now provides increased efficiency, transparency and flexibility for end to end order processing and core financial operations.
