Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP Infovity 2021 2021
In 2016, Mechanics Bank implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as an ERP Financial solution in an Infovity-led deployment that also included Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud. The implementation focused on Financials and Procurement capability sets to enable more automated finance operations and to support growth via acquisition. Infovity configured Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement modules and provisioned Oracle EPM Cloud for consolidated reporting, budgeting, and automated journal processes. The deployment introduced real-time general ledger functionality, reconciliation and journal reporting, and supplier and invoice payment reporting, replacing manual signature based approval workflows with system-driven approvals. The solution was integrated with the bank's FISERV core banking platform to align transactional feeds, disbursement controls, and ledger posting with the ERP Financial and EPM reporting layers. Operational coverage included corporate finance, accounts payable and procurement across the bank's branch network, with multi-layered security segmented by branch, portfolio, and business function. Governance changes enforced through Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM included controls over disbursements, verification of compliance, privilege reviews and segregation of duties. The Infovity implementation delivered streamlined financial closes to less than five days, enabled real-time general ledger visibility, provided automated reconciliation and supplier payment reports, and reduced the budgeting cycle by 70 percent.

Fiserv Legacy Fiserv Premier Bank Platform Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Mechanics Bank implemented Fiserv Premier Bank Platform for Core Banking through an outsourcing arrangement with Connecticut Online Computer Centre COCC. The deployment was provisioned into COCC’s hosted core processing platform Insight, which the source notes is based on Fiserv’s DNA offering, and the engagement was part of a multi-customer onboarding wave in Ohio during 2018 that included several community banks. The Fiserv Premier Bank Platform implementation focused on centralizing core processing capabilities typical for Core Banking, including account processing, deposit and loan servicing workflows, customer information management, general ledger posting, and transaction processing. Configuration work aligned these modules with Mechanics Bank’s retail banking, business banking, and wealth management service lines, reflecting the bank’s operational emphasis on community-focused customer service. Operationally the solution was delivered as a hosted, COCC-operated environment that centralized processing and provided interfaces for channel connectivity and third-party integrations required by a modern Core Banking deployment. The implementation covered Mechanics Bank’s Ohio operations and was aggregated alongside other regional customers within COCC’s Insight tenancy, enabling a managed service model for core operations and ongoing platform updates. Governance and vendor selection were driven by comprehensive due diligence conducted by a dedicated Mechanics Bank team, with CFO Jason Painley citing COCC’s customer service orientation and cultural fit as key selection factors. Mechanics Bank selected the Fiserv Premier Bank Platform in 2018 with the explicit intent to partner with a core provider positioned to grow and innovate alongside the bank.
