The deployment introduced real-time general ledger functionality, reconciliation and journal reporting, and supplier and invoice payment reporting, replacing manual signature based approval workflows with system-driven approvals. The solution was integrated with the bank's FISERV core banking platform to align transactional feeds, disbursement controls, and ledger posting with the ERP Financial and EPM reporting layers. Operational coverage included corporate finance, accounts payable and procurement across the bank's branch network, with multi-layered security segmented by branch, portfolio, and business function. Governance changes enforced through Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM included controls over disbursements, verification of compliance, privilege reviews and segregation of duties. The Infovity implementation delivered streamlined financial closes to less than five days, enabled real-time general ledger visibility, provided automated reconciliation and supplier payment reports, and reduced the budgeting cycle by 70 percent.
