The implementation was explicitly integrated with Salesforce, Athena Health, and Experity DocuTap, with staff creating and managing profiles across Salesforce, Athena Health and eScreen, and retrieving medical records and occupational health documents via Experity DocuTap and Athena Health alongside eScreen. Invoice management and AR tracking remained operational in Athena Health and Excel while billing protocols were maintained between Experity DocuTap and Athena Health for center-level billing orchestration. Governance and operational ownership were assigned to an Outcome Assurance Representative role that establishes and adjusts client profiles, manages open invoices and collections, performs coding and pricing corrections, handles client and patient inquiries, and escalates complaints. This role serves as the liaison between sales, center staff, clients and third party administrators, clarifying center capabilities, enforcing profile activation procedures, and maintaining backend billing and documentation protocols used in the Starlims Abbott eScreen BackGround Screening environment.
