Governance and operational change centered on an SAP Security function responsible for role lifecycle management, automated administrative security tasks, incident escalation, audit evidence extraction and promotion of changes through non production and production landscapes. In 2020 Parker Meggitt implemented UKG Pro Workforce Management Absence (ex UKG Dimensions Absence) to address Absence and Leave Management requirements across its Coventry operations. The deployment focused on workforce time and attendance and absence management capabilities, with configuration and testing resources engaged on-site in Coventry, England.
The UKG Pro Workforce Management Absence implementation included core Workforce Timekeeper and Workforce Accruals functionality, plus Device Manager and WIM modules. Workstreams covered new accrual setup and employee migration to new accrual plans, creation of process profiles and access profiles, and construction of pay rule building blocks including overtime, holiday and rounding rules. Configuration artifacts produced included paycodes, paycode profiles, wage profiles, workrules, schedules, labor levels, FAPs and device provisioning for Kronos 4 500 and 90 00 Intouch devices using WDM and DCM.
Integrations were executed as part of the program, with end to end EV5 HCM to Kronos interface changes and WIM interfaces handling inbound employee data and outbound payroll hours and wage exports. The project coordinated integration testing between SuccessFactors, Gallagher and the Kronos suite to validate cross application data flows and payroll handoffs.
Governance and acceptance testing were formalized through Master Test Plans and detailed UAT test cases, plus defect tracking to closure. Business user support and change management activities included assisting in UAT definition, setting up test data for end to end payroll testing, and partnering with management and Kronos administrators to reduce issues and improve ongoing interface stability.

Quantum Control ERP is used as the Aviation ERP platform to plan and procure parts across commodities including standard COTS hardware, machined and electronic components, and electromechanical assemblies.
The implementation centered on the Quantum Control MRP system for materials requirements planning, demand scheduling, and procurement workflows. Functional capabilities implemented included MRP planning, purchase order generation, inventory and stocking level controls to support both shop floor MRO repairs and spares sales, plus expedited order handling for AOG events.
Operational coverage spanned Supply Chain, MRO Repair shop and Spares sales teams, with the system supporting drop in and AOG requests from the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. A Supply Chain Buyer Planner on a six month contract from August 2018 to March 2019 executed day to day planning and procurement processes within Quantum Control ERP, demonstrating the application of configured commodity structures and part master data for multiple component types.
Governance and process controls were focused on supplier flowdown, ensuring all Customer, Quality and Airworthiness requirements were applied to purchase orders and supplier communications. Stocking policies and expedited workflows were instrumented in the system to maintain operational readiness for repair shop demand and regional customer AOG priorities.
