In 2014 Merchantrade Asia deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its primary ERP Financial system to centralize accounts payable, cash management and expense processing for its Petaling Jaya finance operations. The implementation established Microsoft Dynamics NAV as the system of record for staff claims, cash advance reconciliation, petty cash processing, vendor invoice posting and general ledger journal entries used by the accounts team.
Configuration work focused on transaction-level entry and approval workflows, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV handling data entry of travelling claims, general claims and vendor invoices, and supporting journal entry corrections for adjustment entries. Standard ERP Financial functional terminology applied in the deployment includes accounts payable posting, cash management posting, petty cash reconciliation, payment voucher preparation and day-end closing entries.
Operational coverage is centered on the Petaling Jaya accounts office and supporting branch petty cash holders, where documents are compiled, checked and entered into Microsoft Dynamics NAV before payment steps. Payment workflow is orchestrated through NAV-prepared payment vouchers and approvals routed to the finance manager, followed by manual initiation of online banking and physical document despatch for bank processing, with NAV providing the transactional audit trail used in daily bank balance reporting.
Governance and process controls were implemented around document validation, filing and takeover procedures for payment processing when the primary payment PIC is absent, integrating NAV data entry with email approvals and manager signoff. Routine tasks described in the system scope include morning bank balance checks, reserved funds requests, preparing payment vouchers for approval, daily closing reports and retention of supporting claim and receipt documentation in line with the accounts payable and cash management processes.

In 2018, Merchantrade Asia implemented Adrenalin Max HCM as its Core HR system. The deployment centralized human capital management for the Malaysia based banking and financial services firm with approximately 700 employees, establishing a single system of record for HR and payroll transactions.
Adrenalin Max HCM was configured to manage employee master data, organizational hierarchy, payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance, and employee self service. The implementation aligned those modules with standard Core HR workflows including onboarding, offboarding, position and job management, and approval routing to support day to day HR operations.
Governance workstreams focused on role based access controls, HR workflow automation, and configuration of compliance related data fields to standardize processes for HR and payroll teams. The project documentation lists Merchantrade Asia as a customer of Adrenalin, indicating an operational production deployment of Adrenalin Max HCM within the company.
