In 2018 Meriton Suites implemented enableHR as its Core HR application to centralize human resources operations for its Australian workforce. The implementation was managed by an internal Talent and Culture Advisor who served as project manager and sole administrator for the company HRIS, establishing enableHR as the principal system for HR recordkeeping and process orchestration.
Configuration focused on Core HR capabilities common to the category, including employee master data management, configurable performance management workflows, onboarding and orientation processes, and reporting and analytics for HR metrics. enableHR was used to instrument performance reviews and automate standard HR processes, while the HR team maintained administrative control over system configuration and report generation.
Operational coverage included HR service delivery across New South Wales and Queensland, delivery of formal orientation workshops for regional teams, management of the central HR inbox, and first line HR advisory support for managers and staff. The Talent and Culture Advisor also administered an employee engagement program called Kudos concurrently, with separate administration for engagement activities and HRIS operations.
Governance followed a centralized administrator model with a single point of ownership for enableHR, supported by structured workflows for performance management, orientation, and training coordination. A key outcome recorded in internal notes was that the project manager successfully implemented the new HRIS system for the business, establishing enableHR as the platform supporting Meriton Suites Core HR business functions.
