IFS Legacy IFS CRM CRM CRM InfoConsulting 2018 2019 In 2018, Mikomax Smart Office implemented IFS CRM as part of a broader IFS Applications version 10 program executed with InfoConsulting. The implementation positioned IFS CRM as the companys central CRM capability, aligning customer engagement, sales and service workflows with manufacturing and operations systems under the CRM category. The project delivered a suite of modules and configurations spanning CRM, production planning, logistics and financials, with explicit emphasis on automation and configurator pricing. Functional capabilities implemented include a CRM module that replaced non-system applications, a production visualizer for planning cavity and resource loads, an automated configuration pricing model, and 32 custom modifications tailored to Mikomaxs atypical production requirements. Integrations and operational coverage were extended across production, warehouse and showroom operations, with the system supporting international orders including the United States. Mobile scanning terminals with WADACO functionality were deployed in warehouse and production cells, and additional integrated tools and video order control were developed to improve customer service and reduce operational errors. The deployment supports over 140 users and interfaces with production and inventory management workflows to streamline order to delivery processes. Governance and rollout followed an interdisciplinary project team model, with management acting as project ambassadors and Arkadiusz Szafrański serving as project manager. A series of training courses and a focused change management program were executed to alter work schedules and habits, enabling an 11 month implementation timeline. InfoConsulting provided implementation leadership and continues to deliver post-implementation support and services. Reported outcomes documented within the program include faster order execution, a reduction in operator and warehouse errors, inventory optimization that improved cash flow, and clearer, more flexible reporting for the management board. Quality supervision capabilities were strengthened to reduce defects and complaints for complex international shipments, and automated pricing and planning tools improved the accuracy of production cost estimates and time to fulfillment.
