They executed Change Impact Assessments, Communications and Engagement Plans, and phase-specific Training Plans across multiple rollout waves, with the Change and Training Specialist engaged on contract from October 2021 to September 2023. The HRIS programme included Impac Risk Manager for health, safety, security and wellbeing alongside SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to address personnel risk and wellbeing workflows. Operational coverage spanned HR, recruitment, payroll, and learning functions across Ministry departments and offshore sites, with governance and communications targeted to SMEs and frontline users.

Responsibilities included validating user stories against the Development environment, updating user guides, documenting process flows and change impacts, and producing options analyses to inform SME decision making. The engagement included providing input on data migration design and integration touchpoints, authoring system integration test scripts and performing SIT testing. Integration testing and formalization of report specifications for development were executed, followed by creation and execution of user testing scripts and end user testing support. Regression testing processes were established to align with quarterly Oracle SaaS updates. Rollout governance emphasized SME-led decisions and formal documentation, including system walkthroughs, user training, detailed user guides and documented system processes and procedures. Go Live support was provided to users and the Functional Business Analyst role supported handover, user support and ongoing process standardization.
