Integration architecture centers on the full integration to the SAP ERP-system, with interfaces synchronizing equipment and material masters, maintenance orders and notifications, and transactional parts consumption to support end-to-end processes between production and maintenance. These integration points were used to keep asset records and maintenance execution aligned with production orders and materials planning in SAP, reducing the need for manual reconciliation between systems.
Rollout governance followed a group decision model where Mondi standardized on API PRO as the group EAM and then progressively provisioned the application to additional plants, retaining localized configuration control against a centralized baseline.
