The implementation team built and managed integrations, modifying existing EIB templates and troubleshooting integration errors, including Check Remittance Advice and ACH Remittance Advice flows. A Workday Online Supplier Portal was implemented to enable suppliers to submit invoices directly into Workday, eliminating the need for A/P to manually key invoice information, and ZenDesk was provisioned to report and track Workday and TM1 issues. Governance and operational controls were formalized through a lead security support role that evaluated security changes and role requests to align access with task requirements, and by planning and testing Workday semi-annual releases and finance enhancements. The program also took ownership of SOX and internal audits related to Workday Finance and redesigned finance business processes to better match organizational needs.

Governance included configuration of recruiting approvals, role and permission controls, and standardized hiring workflows to align with company policy for external hiring. The use of Oracle Taleo Cloud Service as the Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System established a single system of record for applicant data captured via the Mr. Cooper careers site.

Operational usage included cataloguing each customer interaction in the servicing system and connected tools, specifically I assist backed up by MSP Black Knight, Smart Web, and SharePoint, while documentation artifacts were maintained in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. This arrangement integrated front-line contact workflows into the Loan Management system and created auditable servicing records for research and verification activities. Business functions impacted included servicing, mortgage research, and customer service, with loan maintenance and payment processing workflows centralized in ICE Mortgage Black Knight MSP. The notes attribute a 20 percent increase in company revenue to cross-sell and up-sell conversations conducted at point of service, including refinancing discussions and customer education on FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac PMI removal and LTV requirements. Governance and process structuring were reflected in standardized servicing transaction types and cataloguing practices enforced inside the servicing platform, enabling consistent payoff, waiver, verification, and telephone draft workflows across operational teams.
