In 2020, Natera implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as a core finance platform. The program migrated Natera from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Oracle Cloud ERP under an ERP Financial initiative for the public life sciences company.
The implementation included Oracle Financials modules, Oracle Procurement modules, and Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules, configured to support accounting, procure to pay, order to cash, and manufacturing financial close processes. A centerpiece of the program was a multi billion dollar revenue recognition solution developed on Oracle PaaS, designed to address complex contract accounting and revenue recognition requirements.
EvoSys acted as the system integrator on the program, delivering the Oracle Cloud ERP deployment alongside the Oracle PaaS revenue recognition component. The architecture combined Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS capabilities for transactional finance and procurement with Oracle Platform as a Service for bespoke revenue recognition logic and integration to operational systems.
The rollout targeted finance, procurement, supply chain and manufacturing functions, and required governance changes to align revenue accounting workflows with the new platform. Implementation work focused on configuration of financial modules, procurement workflow rules, and supply chain manufacturing financial controls, with program governance and process ownership adjusted to support the ERP Financial environment.

| Greenhouse | Legacy | Greenhouse ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2021 |
In 2020, Natera implemented Greenhouse ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to standardize recruiting across the organization. The Greenhouse ATS deployment was executed as part of a broader enterprise application program that also included HRMS Workday Core HR, Cornerstone LMS, Oracle Fusion ERP modules, Clinical Trials Management, and Quality Management systems to support Natera’s global growth in clinical DNA testing services.
Greenhouse ATS was configured to manage requisition to hire workflows, candidate lifecycle tracking, interview orchestration, and offer management, aligning recruiting processes with HR recordkeeping. The implementation was positioned within the HR application stack to provide structured talent data and hiring process automation that complements Workday Core HR and Cornerstone LMS.
Recruiting and HR data from Greenhouse ATS were brought into the company’s Corporate Data Lake and data pipeline strategy, leveraging Snowflake, Boomi, and Talend ETL as part of the organization’s MDM and genome repository initiatives. This integration pattern centralized talent and workforce signals for downstream analytics and data science use cases while keeping recruiting data aligned with enterprise data governance.
Governance for the Greenhouse ATS roll out was tied into an IT transformation agenda that included building an IT PMO, strengthening Enterprise Apps, maturing Cybersecurity, and formalizing IT compliance. The implementation was coordinated with the InfoSec program as Natera progressed toward SOC2 Type 2 attestation, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 readiness, ensuring recruiting systems and associated data flows met evolving controls and audit requirements.

In 2018, Natera announced that Yale New Haven Health fully integrated Natera's Panorama non invasive prenatal test and Horizon carrier screening into its EPIC EHR Electronic Health Record platform. The integration was implemented against Yale New Haven Health's adoption of Epic Systems Stage 7 EMR capabilities to connect multiple hospitals and ambulatory sites, enabling system wide access to patient records and clinical data.
The integration embedded Natera test ordering and results workflows into the EPIC EHR, allowing providers to place orders for Panorama and Horizon within the EHR order entry process and to receive test reports and discrete result data back into patient charts and result inboxes. Implementation focused on clinical order management, laboratory result routing, and chart-level documentation to ensure genetic testing information flowed into existing obstetrics, maternal fetal medicine, and genetics workflows.
Operational coverage extended across Yale New Haven Health, including its five hospitals and affiliated community and hospital employed physicians, making Natera results available from any location within the health system. Data flow connected Natera's cloud based software platform and its CLIA certified, CAP accredited laboratory in San Carlos with the EPIC EHR Electronic Health Record environment to streamline provider access to genetic screening information.
Governance and workflow changes centered on simplifying provider ordering and result retrieval, with the stated outcome of making it easier for physicians to order and receive prenatal genetic testing information through EPIC EHR. Natera framed the work as an integration to improve clinical access to genetic health information rather than a standalone product rollout.
