Integration architecture relied on a point-to-point interface between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1 and Oracle Transportation Management System, coordinated through middleware teams and joint technical ownership with EnterpriseOne and OTM teams. The project team prepared and executed System Integration Test scripts, conducted SIT on EnterpriseOne-Oracle Transportation Management scenarios, identified defects and coordinated fixes with developers, and developed a cutover plan for the OTM EnterpriseOne go live across sites. Governance and rollout governance emphasized cross-functional coordination, with the project lead coordinating with key business users to capture requirements and running global trainings and post go-live support. The implementation included structured testing, defect triage, and release cutover planning to ensure the EnterpriseOne OTM interface met order management and shipping workflow requirements. The project description notes the integration made the Order Management and Shipping process more efficient for the client.
