Project activities included cut over planning, end to end system testing, and payroll compare testing, establishing integration points between absence transactions and payroll and benefits reconciliation processes.
Operational governance was institutionalized through a Team Lead serving as the primary contact for team operations, weekly case management audits to verify SLA adherence, and hands on escalation handling.
