| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Navitas implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform as part of a cloud-first strategy, after assessing SaaS, on-premise upgrade then lift and shift, and simultaneous upgrade and migration options. The decision favored upgrading and hosting the existing on-premise EBS environment on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure because OCI was judged to provide the best balance of stability, supportability, scalability, and cost compared with AWS and Microsoft Azure.
The engagement established a cloud deployment architecture on OCI to host Oracle E-Business Suite and associated applications, and included an in-place application upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9. Technical workstreams specified building the necessary OCI infrastructure, migrating the existing EBS application estate into that environment, and configuring and testing disaster recovery instances for the EBS environments.
Functional implementation focused on Oracle E-Business Suite financial capabilities consistent with the ERP Financial category, preserving core financial workflows while moving platform services to OCI. The program also built secure connectivity between Navitas and the Oracle OCI environment to support operational access and application-to-platform communications, and retained a simple operational model to match a lean IT team.
Navitas engaged DXC Technology's Oracle Practice to execute infrastructure provisioning, migration, connectivity, the EBS upgrade, and DR build and test activities. Governance emphasized a single-vendor cloud infrastructure approach, licensing optimization through Oracle Universal Credits, and a supportable configuration that reduced platform complexity for ongoing operations.
Outcomes recorded in the program scope included improved platform flexibility, reliability, and performance on OCI, and licensing terms that provided greater value than an on-premise strategy while granting access to Oracle Universal Credits. The implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite on OCI was positioned to deliver a lower total platform cost than either continuing on-premise or using alternative cloud providers, while enabling the Navitas IT team to support the environment.

| Frontier Software | Legacy | Frontier Software iChris | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Navitas implemented Frontier Software iChris as its Core HR application. The deployment targeted HR and payroll operations for the organization with a workforce of approximately 5500 employees based in Australia, emphasizing statutory compliance with PAYG withholding tax, payroll tax, superannuation and the Privacy Act.
Frontier Software iChris was configured to centralize employee master data, position and organisational structures, leave management and role based security, while provisioning payroll interfacing and payroll-specific reporting. Configuration work prioritized automation of payroll process controls, reconciliation workflows for the general ledger and clearing accounts, and intermediate to advanced report writing to support payroll specialists. The implementation leveraged standard Core HR capabilities for record management, reporting and access governance.
Operational scope included the payroll team reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, finance stakeholders and HR administrators, with the system used to produce audit-ready payroll information for auditors and the Australian Bureau of Statistics where required. The deployment supported system upgrades and new user training activities, with a Senior Payroll Specialist role created to drive process review, documentation and continuous improvement. Payroll policy maintenance and controlled reconciliations were incorporated into day-to-day operations to align system outputs with financial accounting.
Governance changes formalized responsibilities for process documentation, user training and stakeholder advisory to sustain payroll compliance and system integrity. Senior Payroll Specialist duties centered on delivering payroll expertise in systems, reporting and operational procedures while supporting ongoing Frontier Software iChris configuration and payroll process refinements.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Navitas implemented Cisco Webex Meetings. The deployment uses Cisco Webex Meetings in the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category to provide hosted web conferencing capabilities exposed through the Navitas website, supporting both academic delivery and institutional collaboration.
Configuration emphasized core Cisco Webex Meetings capabilities, including scheduled meeting rooms, browser-based join workflows, ad hoc meeting orchestration, and cloud recording and playback, aligned with typical audio video and web conferencing functional patterns. The implementation of Cisco Webex Meetings was positioned to support remote instruction, faculty and staff collaboration, and external partner engagements.
The solution is surfaced on Navitas public web flows, indicating embedded meeting links and event provisioning tied to website touchpoints for student services and administrative interactions. Operational coverage centers on education delivery and corporate functions rather than a single departmental silo, with the Webex Meetings application accessible through web-based entry points managed by Navitas.
Governance and rollout practices were structured to centralize meeting provisioning and access control, standardize meeting templates and participant workflows, and align conferencing use with institutional policy and operational procedures. Documentation and site-level integration of Cisco Webex Meetings support ongoing administration of conferencing services within Navitas.
