Module usage inferred from the SACCO context and the FSD site visit includes core banking, FOSA and back-office savings BOSA patterns consistent with SACCO operations, enabling standardized branch procedures and transactional consistency. The rollout is estimated to have begun around 2009 and to have been live by 2010 based on the March 2010 site visit, with governance changes focused on standardizing loan processing and consolidating general ledger reconciliation across branches. Lanstar Fine-Xtreme Core Banking provided the application layer aligning branch front-office processing with centralized finance and credit workflows for Ndege Chai SACCO Kenya.
