Sales reporting capabilities produced and distributed internal monthly B2B and B2C sales reports for the management team, and budget management with monthly variance tracking was implemented. Operational coverage emphasized finance and treasury functions, retail finance for boutiques and department store reconciliations, and corporate budgeting processes. Reconciliations explicitly spanned online payments and specific store account relationships, while petty cash administration and daily bank reconciliations were maintained for all Nespresso sites. Governance and workflow design within Nessoft established standardized month-end close controls, defined responsibilities for balance sheet reconciliations including department store accounts, and routine processes for cost centre clean-up and asset lifecycle management. The setup delivered on time and quality daily bank reconciliations and supported consistent month-end reporting and distribution to the management team.

The deployment positioned UKG Workforce Central as the core Workforce Management system for Nespresso HR, payroll coordination and recruitment screening workflows.
