| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics GP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, NetJets implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial system. The deployment focused on centralizing core accounting operations under the Controller, VP Finance, and Director of Accounting and provided the Staff Accountant, Senior role with system-driven support for monthly financial statement closing and detailed account reconciliations.
Microsoft Dynamics GP was configured to support general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset depreciation accounting, prepaid expense and asset tracking, intercompany billings, and commission accounting for Sales Executives and regional sales leaders. Configuration work included formal month end close workflows, roll forward schedules and reconciliation templates, transaction posting for sales and operating cash activities, and structured support for valuation and depreciation calculations linked to fleet ownership and share recording.
The implementation integrated with NetJets proprietary operational systems, explicitly Ijet 2 and the Contract Management System, to surface aircraft ownership, encumbrance and valuation data used in accounting entries and depreciation schedules. Finance teams also relied on Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for schedule preparation, commission tracking and executive reporting as part of the close process, creating a hybrid operational plane between Microsoft Dynamics GP and office productivity tooling.
Governance kept process ownership with the Director, Accounting who assigned daily and monthly close duties and required documentation of processes, controls and account reconciliations. Staff Accountant, Senior responsibilities reflect the operational design, covering preparation and tracking of commissions, monitoring prepaid expenses and other accrued liabilities, intercompany billing preparation, account roll forwards and valuation research to align Microsoft Dynamics GP configuration with NetJets accounting policies.

| Continuum Applied Technology | Legacy | Continuum Corridor Aviation Service | Aviation ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011 NetJets implemented Continuum Corridor Aviation Service as its Aviation ERP to centralize warranty administration and refurbishment financial workflows. Continuum Corridor Aviation Service was positioned as the primary Aviation ERP application for capturing invoice cost data, reviewing vendor statements, and enforcing payment approval workflows across warranty and refurbishment business functions.
Configuration focused on invoice cost capture, vendor statement reconciliation, refurbishment invoice tracking through the payment approval cycle, and warranty claims administration. The deployment included delegated expenditure controls, with operational approval limits documented up to $150k, and integration-ready data structures to support reporting and reconciliation. Business Objects was used to consume consolidated financial and maintenance data for vendor statement review and cost analysis.
Continuum Corridor Aviation Service integrated with existing NetJets systems that were explicitly in use, including Great Plains, MXI, Maintenance 32, and MCD Log, and the program included a goal to integrate Carma to tighten refurbishment data flows. The architecture linked maintenance and parts records into financial postings and reporting, enabling the refurbishment group to redesign invoice to payment processes and formalize warranty administration workflows. Operational governance emphasized coordinated process changes between finance and refurbishment teams to standardize invoice handling and vendor statement reconciliation.
