In 2014, NETS implemented Unit4 Prosoft HRMS as its Core HR system. The Corporate IT Head led strategy and execution for backoffice and MIS modernization, partnering with the CFO, COO, Financial Controller and Human Resources VP to automate business processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
The Unit4 Prosoft HRMS deployment focused on core HR administration and personnel lifecycle capabilities, including employee records, organizational management, absence and leave tracking, payroll orchestration and HR reporting and analytics. Configuration and automation work included workflow orchestration for approvals, role based access controls and integration points for HR data feeds to support payroll and compliance workflows.
Integrations were aligned with NETS backoffice landscape, connecting Unit4 Prosoft HRMS to SAP components managed through the SAP project rollout and to the organization’s Big-Data Components for analytics. The rollout and support model was executed by an internal team of 16 resources spanning MIS, application support and infrastructure, and the implementation covered Finance, HR and BackOffice operational functions at NETS in Singapore.
Governance and operating model changes were driven through executive sponsorship, with the Corporate IT Head partnering with finance and HR leadership to define solution direction, execution roadmaps and support arrangements. The Unit4 Prosoft HRMS implementation served as the Core HR anchor within NETS backoffice architecture, enabling coordinated HR workflows with financial and analytic systems while ongoing support responsibilities remained with internal MIS and application teams.

In 2020, NETS implemented Quantcast Measure on its corporate website to establish continuous audience measurement. The deployment is aligned to Marketing Analytics use cases, instrumenting public site pages to capture traffic metrics and audience signals.
Quantcast Measure was configured as a tag based, client side measurement layer that captures page level events, session metrics, demographic and interest inferences, and audience cohorts common to web measurement platforms. Configuration included consent aware tagging and data governance controls to align measurement with regional privacy practices.
Operational ownership resides with NETS marketing and digital analytics teams who consume Quantcast Measure outputs for audience segmentation and campaign planning. Collected signals are routed into internal reporting workflows and dashboards to support marketing measurement and media planning for the corporate web channel.
