Configuration and automation work included workflow orchestration for approvals, role based access controls and integration points for HR data feeds to support payroll and compliance workflows. Integrations were aligned with NETS backoffice landscape, connecting Unit4 Prosoft HRMS to SAP components managed through the SAP project rollout and to the organization’s Big-Data Components for analytics. The rollout and support model was executed by an internal team of 16 resources spanning MIS, application support and infrastructure, and the implementation covered Finance, HR and BackOffice operational functions at NETS in Singapore. Governance and operating model changes were driven through executive sponsorship, with the Corporate IT Head partnering with finance and HR leadership to define solution direction, execution roadmaps and support arrangements. The Unit4 Prosoft HRMS implementation served as the Core HR anchor within NETS backoffice architecture, enabling coordinated HR workflows with financial and analytic systems while ongoing support responsibilities remained with internal MIS and application teams.
