Automation and data entry tools were implemented using Winshuttle scripts for business users, and batch job monitoring and enhancements were instituted to stabilize order and billing throughput. Governance and operational support were formalized through documented configuration changes, training materials, and knowledge transfer to business users, along with provision of day to day production support across L1, L2, and L3 queues to meet SLAs. Project leadership responsibilities documented in the engagement included project planning, business process mapping, blueprinting, design, configuration, and setup of the technical environment, with coordination of on site and off shore teams to sustain SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) for Retail Management business functions.
