The deployment focused on SAP SD AFS configuration and order to cash workflows to support regional ARUN processing and centralized sales operations reporting.
The implementation covered functional modules including SAP Sales and Distribution with AFS extensions, order to cash configuration, pricing and copy control, rebate management with value based rebate agreements, and condition type configuration for surcharges and pricing. The project included creation and enhancement of batch jobs for sales order and billing document processing, and development of functional specifications to extend SAP Sales and Distribution objects where required.
Integrations and operational coverage included cross functionality with the Finance module for foreign currency exchange valuation and transactional alignment, as well as coordinated requirements gathering for OLAP queries with the BW team to deliver reporting such as open order and ARUN reports.
